Microblading & Powder Brows Class

100 Hours Fundamental Class
Fundamental Training Course teaches the fundamental knowledge needed to become a certified micropigmentation artist, focusing solely on eyebrow pigmentation. Students will learn Powder Brows using digital devices, microblading brows using microblades. You will learn the difference between each techinique and wich one is best for the client depending on skin quality and desired results.
- Part 1 – Pre-Study Manual (40 study hours)
- Part 2 – Training (2 full days)
- Part 3 – Fundamental Hands-on Training (6 days at our academy)
Hands on practice with 3 live models in our student clinic.
Advanced Microblader Class

For existing Microblader Professionals Only – 100 Hour Device Course
This course is for the comfortable Microblader-only who wants to learn permanent makeup using a digital device. Procedures covered include Eyeliner, Lips, and Powder/Ombre Brows. Credit will be given for prior training. Applicants for this class must provide prior training information to determine eligibility for this course.
- Part 1 – Pre-Study Manual (40 study hours)
- Part 2 – Prior credit given (20 study hours)
Student will provide proof of prior training and certificates for 20 hours of credit to be applied to certificate.
- Part 3 – Fundamental Training (4 days at our academy)
Hands on practice with 3 live models in our student clinic.
100 Hours Fundamental Class

This course is for who wants to learn permanent makeup using a digital device. Procedures covered include Eyeliner, Lips, Powder/Ombre Brows And Microblading Brows using microblades. Please note: This class include Brow-Mapping.
Certificate: Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate recognized by the health department that shows you have completed the fundamental/primary micropigmentation training necessary to become a certified micropigmentation artist.

Apprenticeships

In most states across the USA, permanent makeup and microblading is licensed as body arts (tattooing). Prior to certification, it’s important that you contact your state and local board of health agencies regarding the rules and regulations for practicing permanent makeup in your area. Some cities/towns will require a number of supervised procedures. Others will require an apprenticeship. Some cities/towns require only Blood Borne Pathogens certification.
Permanent Makeup Apprenticeship
Students who have successfully graduated from the Valspa Beauty & Aesthetics Program can participate in an apprenticeship program. It can be tailored to meet your individual needs. Under guidance of an Instructor you will be able to build on your strengths and work on your weaknesses. It will help to provide you with confidence and knowledge for your career in permanent cosmetics.

Eyebrown Design VIP Class
Learn how to do a perfect, well-defined and flawles eyebrow design for each client. This course is for anyone interested in learning how to shape eyebrows! You will learn the history of different brow shapes and how they have evolved over time.
